Ciraco Custom Framers is pleased to announce that we have won 3rd place in The Omega Canada-Wide Custom Picture Framers Competition. The object given to frame was a golf ball and tee. Judging was based on: Implementation of Design Elements and Overall Execution Visiual Impact Overall Aestetics Degree in Difficulty Emphasis on Creativity and Design
